Policies & Care Instructions

All items are handmade and may vary slightly.  

Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received prior to any work being done. This includes but is not limited to: proofs, purchase of supplies, production of item.

Please allow ample time for proofs and an additional time for production. Additional time is needed to produce items that require painting, staining, sealing, or require materials to be ordered.

Please note, some supplies and materials (i.e. but not limited to: pre-order items) are not kept in stock and need to be ordered. This will cause additional time added to your order turnaround time.

Some items and/or supplies need to be ordered from other online retailers, putting us at the mercy of their shipping time frames. I will contact you to advise of any unforeseen delays. 

Proofs will only be provided for customized listings. More than 3 design changes may be subject to additional fees. Once you approve your design proof, no changes can be made. If there is no reply giving approval to move forward within 3 days of an email being sent, I will move forward with production to avoid any further delays. 

Names will be used as typed, unless otherwise instructed.

We are not responsible for lost packages. Damaged item? Although we carefully package your purchase, shipping is sometimes rough! Please send a message within three days after receiving and we will get you a replacement item at no additional cost to you. Please send a picture of the damaged item and box for insurance purposes.

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Rush orders may be subject to a rush fee. Please indicate if your order needs to be completed by a certain date. I will do my best to accommodate your request. 

At checkout, please be sure you select your preferred shipping method. If local pick up is selected and you are not in the Buffalo area, I will contact you to make arrangements to cover shipping. 

Customers are responsible for picking up "Local pick up" orders. Please contact me to make arrangements.

Please note that the colors represented in the photos are as accurate as possible, but numerous factors can alter their appearance.  Images are as close to the real colors as possible but may not be exact. We cannot guarantee an exact color match from the color chart and photos as computer monitor settings may vary.

If prize is not claimed, picked up, or address provided within 5 business days, another winner will be chosen. Winners are chosen at random. Giveaways are run on both Facebook and Instagram at the same time. One winner will be chosen, including all participants from both forums.

Coupons - Coupons are only valid on dates and times listed. Offer is valid on online purchases made before date and time stated.
